It's like a Kanye West song. Stylistically adventurous, substantially vapid, and more than a little narcissistic. The narrative was awful, that said there were some really interesting visual/musical pairings in it. Oh, and his model girlfriend is an incredibly attractive woman. Mm. Delicious.

The video was visually ok and got kinda boring after a while.

Kanye's a terrible actor and so is Selita but damn she looked good in that Phoenix outfit.

Kudos to Kanye though for putting together something like this...it's like a video sampler of his entire cd.

Some amazing visuals and art direction. Use of color and set design was spectacular (love the interior of the sportscar). The Phoenix was ridiculously hot and that last track was a banger.

Tough to sit through 30 minutes of it at once though. I am a Kanye fan for his production and beats although I always find his lyrics really weak. This is no exception to that.

She dumped him. He proposed with some giant rock and she turned it down.

Completely OT, but I was at a piano bar this weekend and saw a guy propose on stage and get turned down (she whispered into his ear for about 30 seconds, they hugged/kissed and sort of meandered off stage). Quite possibly one of the funniest/most awkward things I've ever seen. But who the f*** proposes to a girl at a grimey piano bar?

Back on topic...did Kanye possibly 'sample' the Victoria's Secret runway show?
