I have some BB mainline OCBDs from a few years back in a size 15.5x35 in what I would say are in the Milano fit. These are from when the fits were categorized according to the color of the label and mine are green label (apparently the slimmest at that time).

I find that the Kamakura NY Slim size 39/90 fits me a bit slimmer (which for me is better). Hopefully this helps.

how do you guys deal with sweaty armpits that stains the armpits? or sweat stains inside the collar? I can't come to terms with paying $100+ shirts that my sweat stains will eventually ruin these shirts

a) pre-treat before you wash with a stain remover

b) consider changing your deodorant

Ring around the collar isn't permanent...try Oxyclean spray, it's pretty good. Try washing your neck, too.

I wear uniqlo airism undershirts, they're pretty breathable and moisture wicking so I find they help prevent sweaty pits. Also try Certain-Dri deodorant and put it on at night, it's about the strongest there is in the consumer space. If that doesn't work you might have hyperhydrosis, which you'd want to talk to your doctor about.

Consider getting a proxy to get the shirts from $75-90 depending on fabric too. Haven't tried it yet but I think it would work...

I've switched to schmidt's natural deodorant but still the same issue. I guess I have to switch another. maybe just a pure salt stick?

Sciolto 100% linen one piece collar shirt. Needs an ironing and a hem, but really like how the collar sits.

They have some Sciolto models in NY fit in Japan, and also Tokyo Fit Longs, if the issue is length. So hopefully those will appear on the international store.

Dang - strange they wouldn't sell this on the US site.

I'm going in for a MTM soon, so hopefully they allowed for OPCs on those.

You could just email them with the url of the shirt model you want and they will make it available in whichever site you intend to order from. I have done it multiple times.

For what it's worth my shirt was marked as a "15 1/2 tall" (I think that was the label, I dropped it off at the tailor already) so they might already be on the site, just unmarked.
