I only know the sizing of Ludlow, so can't compare to the rest. Comparing the Ludlow Slim (15.5 inch collar) with the Kamakura 15.4 inch collars on the Tokyo Slim Fit Manhattan and Tokyo Slim Fit then I suggest you go for the Tokyo Slim Fit Manhattan:

    • The Tokyo Slim Fit Manhattan is about 2 inches wider on the chest than the Ludlow fit. It's about the same through the waist as the Ludlow fit.
    • The Tokyo Fit Slim Fit is also about 2 inches wider on the chest than the Ludlow fit. It's about an inch larger through the waist than the Ludlow Fit.

I own several wool blend British "country shirts" which are dress shirts
in cut and style. They are warm: intended to wear out on the moors
under tweeds and rain gear. I imagine cashmere is the same except
lighter. If you plan to wear them in a typically overheated office
    you might be uncomfortable.
