I don't know what he's got on his lapel, but he looks good to me. I generally don't like objects sticking out of the breast pocket like pens or gloves or sunglasses, as it looks contrived, but it's no big deal.

Aside from the thing on the lapel I say his clothing looks pretty cool and it fits him well. That lightwieght scarf looks nice too against the navy suit.
