I just got my KMW washed (they are non-raw version) and they are a bit too tight in the waist, they actually run pretty near true to size... anyway, I really want to keep them but is it possible to stretch non-raw denim in the waist? I know they'll stretch a tad (maybe .25-.5) over the time of wearing them but what about other methods? maybe wetting the waist and wedging something in it to stretch it? any thoughts.

How tight are they? Post a picture if possible.

You can hot soak the fabric and use a stretcher.

Ill try and post one a bit later, I would say if they have 1" they would be perfect. As it si right now I can button them all the way up, and they feel okay, but when I sit down they are a bit uncomfortable..

nvrmnd he just got back to me, that was quick.

I thought 2010 was slimmer than 1950, but otherwise, you're right.

2010 is the loose pair which I have, If you have the one rinse then yes it will stretch 1-2 inches, I got the 29 and at first it was tight on the waste now its comfortably loose.
