When I opened the box...Saw these creases!
A little depressed.
Is that normal for selling these to me?
How to fix it?

If they're not from you trying them in the store, then maybe someone else tried they on before you came in. Unless you're intending to mount custom lasted shoe trees in them and put them in the glass box for display, they're going to get creases from wear, just a fact of life. The best fix is to wear them, brush them, tree them, wear them, polish them, tree them, wear them, scratch them, obsess over the scratch and then brush and polish it in, wear them some more, repeat x100, and then tell folks what a great product they are when asked what make those handsome and so comfortable looking shoes are on your feet. My .02.

But these creases will never match your own feet. No matter how long you wear it, there always the other mark on it, not by yourself.

Welcome to the forum, tank. It's just part of buying used shoes...either you deal with it or buy new. Those don't look too bad.
