I've determined that North America is sorely lacking in piazzas and needs to relax its public drinking laws.
Oh yeah, and there's no such thing as a bad espresso there. The worst I had (interestingly enough, at the old-school touristy places like Greco in Rome and Florian in Venice) were still better than almost all in the U.S./Canada.
