Know that when it comes to Western/Cowboy Boots, it's definitely a love it/hate it feeling around here.

But wanted to share w/the group that I just got these Justin Boots at BlueBee.com for only $59 during their 80% off sale.

Not ones I'd necessarily pick at full price (I prefer Sendra/Liberty/Old Gringo), but for $59 bucks, quite a deal. May keep 'em, or give them as an Xmas gift.

Not crazy about the shafts, but they'll be covered anyway!

How is it a good deal if you don't really like them?

Not at all a fan of those - although I did inherit a pair of full Lizard boots that John Justin made for my grandfather - quite tasty.

As for BlueBee I got a pair of Margiela chinos for $80 - they are very nice and will be perfect after my tailor slims the leg down.

They'd go well with these pants.

Western shirts, on the whole, still look like shirts. Cowboy boots, for the most part, look like a costume.

Plus, cowboy boots look cute on girls, and things that are cute on girls generally look like **** on guys.

Hey, if you like them, wear them. Just don't expect everyone to agree with your tastes.

Western shirts are bad too unless you're from the west.
