You won't find those buttons at a tailoring supply co such as M & J Trim or a button co such as Tender Buttons (both NYC).

You'll have to call Cavali in NYC. They may be able to help if they have it in stock. Sometimes they have to order from Italy and it take months. Also, recognize that many manufacturers are reluctant to sell distinctive buttons (even if you provide photographic evidence that you own one of their shirts) for fear that someone might apply those buttons to a shirt that's not theirs. Call it paranoid but many manufacturers believe that they are just protecting their brand.

Nobody reads the buttons on your shirt and it will probably be a hassle to get a replacement one from JC if they even offer such a service (this isn't mainline Cavalli, remember) and have the right one in stock.

Get it replaced with a nice matching button that isn't engraved.

If it's a "prominent" button (i.e. the neck closure) then use the bottom-most button to replace it and add the new one at the bottom.
