Just bought a Swaine Adeney Brigg attache--is is hand stitched or not?

I just bought a Swaine Adeney Brigg attache on ebay. A link to the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=370122877953 I needed a briefcase, and this looked to be a reasonable option. Anyway, when it arrives, how can one tell if it is the hand-stitched or machine-stitched model? Does anyone here have a SAB briefcase--or is familiar with the brand?

If the stiching is regular, this is machine made.

The handle is hand made because it has a bulk on the top.

$2 000 is not hand made.
