I still didn't realize what this was about until I clicked the link. I was really looking forward to reading about the "healing, health, and detox benefits," as well as reading some super home-brew recipes.

Juicing is awesome! There are soooo many good drinks one can make. The only thing that sucks is cleaning the juicer after every time one uses it.

There are a couple of good recipe books on Amazon for ideas.

What's with the strangely misleading thread titles lately? Between this thread and the "Male Top Help!" thread it's starting to look like certain SF posters have never heard of a double entendre.

I am also very much health conscious like you. I also drink juice of fruits and vegetables. You can easily get the information about juicing and benefits of juicing from benefit of juicing . I can assure you that you will get the desired information. I have got very useful information from this site about juicing and I hope the same for you.
