Try Google's Picasa software. How big are the collages you are looking at creating? I'm happy to help if I can.
An alternative might be to put them up as Tumblr photosets. I'm happy to help with that or put them up on my tumblr (with credits).

Plan for the SC combinations now is to make individual images for each SC-pants combo.
Just redid the navy-grey combo. I'm trying to keep everything as HD as possible. Height dimensions are going to be standardized at 500 pixels. Only problem is finding a suitable free image host. Tiny pic is compressing everything
I want it to be a high res, 5000 pixel x 500 pixel image...
