Just wanted to let you guys know JoS. A. Bank are having $50 off $100 spend (essentially 50%) off on their cedar shoe trees, which goes for $25 each at their online store. I got 4 for $50 + Tax + shipping ($8 for standard or $6.50 for ship-to-store), mine turn out to be $63.52 ($16 each) in California.
Code is: SAVE50

coupon also works on their clearance and non-clearance item in case you guys need something else from there. Cheers

Personally, I'm holding out for the epic buy 1 shirt get 7 suits free deal. I heard that on the radio one morning and both my wife and I sat straight up and looked at each other. Silently, as if to say, "did you just hear what I heard or was I dreaming?". Not one word was uttered.

The wide cedar suit hangers are actually quite nice (not Hanger Project nice, though) and quite the deal when they are offered 3 for 1. Reev actually hipped me to this. :embar:

How is the quality of the shoe trees?

Allen edmonds outlets are running a promo for $35 for 2 pairs which includes free shipping. I love the quality of the woodlore ones and would pay like 2 bucks more per pair.

The JAB shoe trees are made by Woodlore. There is absolutely no difference whatsoever between the JAB trees and the solid-toe A-E trees except for the name on the trees. For that matter there is no difference between the Nordstrom split-toe trees and their A-E counterparts. They're all made in the same factory, which is a subsidiary of A-E.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
