I seem to remember a recent post indicating that the price of the JL RTW shoes has risen substantially as of late. Who can advise me re. appx. current prices, both for the prestige line, and the regular line?

Prestige:
Wholecut monks: $1440
Others: $1330

Classic: I think they're around $950

These are prices from NM and the NYC boutique. They are cheaper from the London boutique.

Hopkins_student is dead on. Most of the classic line I saw at their NYC boutique were at 985. Can't speak to the other locations.

London prices for Prestiege are:

Wholecut Monks: 770GBP, 655GBP less VAT ($1231.50 USD)

All others: 695GBP, 592GBP less VAT ($1,112 USD)

vs...

Wholecut monks: $1440
Others: $1330

I believe the entire Prestige line is now up to $1440 retail at NM.
