The hardness with which they rock is difficult to quantify.

Those shoes are beautiful. I saw the pair on my last visit to London. Very similar to Jermyn II. Good choice for monks.

Will you be visiting JL Paris or are you placing a special order?

I think I'm going to try and order the Vale in Parisian Brown Museum through the Lenox NM.

I'll be in Paris next week so yes I'm going to try to buy them there. If not I'll opt for the Lenox NM option.

The finish on your Dark Brown Vales is lovely. It's much like the finish on my Dark Brown Chapels. I'm surprised how much the Dark Brown Museum can vary though, the first pair of Chapels that they sent (too large) had very little color variation. My fingers are crossed so that the finish on my Vales will have a lot of color variation.
