John Lobb prestige loafer, alternatives?

I came across this beautiful design from John Lobb. To my knowledge I am not aware of any other shoe maker that offers such a design. Is anyone here familiar with alternatives? In particular, I'm seeking the unique flap to the side look in a suede.

Doubt you will find anything like that elsewhere. It looks like a monk-strap without the strap. Interesting.

Not a fan. Either get a loafer or get a lace up shoe.

Captoe is an odd accent. They might look better as a one piece. I feel like Paul Stuart Grenson Masterpiece offered something similar around 6-8 years ago. Saint Crispin may be able to accomodate as a MTO, otherwise your best bet is bespoke
