So, are you getting them in black as well...?

Shoes arrived within 24 hours of placing the order! Perhaps JL could teach EG a thing or two about the timely shipping of sale shoes

I am not sure whether to get the Sutton in black. I came very close to phoning JL this morning but I have an idea about an modified EG Gladstone instead. I'm still in two minds which way to go.

I see you've moved from adelaides to balmorals...

If you can make your way down to London, I think one of the Cleverley semi-bespoke models in their sale is a brogued balmoral with a floating medallion - so a bit like G&G's Kent:

And in black calf too.

I must confess that adelaides and balmorals (shoes & boots) are my favourite styles.

The Cleverley semi bespoke sounds very tempting. Unfortunately, I am not going to make it to London this week. I wish someone would post pics!

One blak brogue and one balmoral whole vamp with a floating medaillon.

The Cleverley sale starts on Monday and from the shop front, it looks like they have three semi-bespoke models down to GBP 495...

Does this mean the Sutton is being discontinued? At the NYC Lobb, their sale only featured end of line shoe styles, at least that has been my experience.

I love the Sutton...and the 8000 last. I am a bit late to the game on this one I am afraid. No doubt they are out of my size by now.

Congrats.

I would really like to see a few shots of the black museum.
