If boots belonged to first class passenger, then they're John Lobbs.

If boots belonged to steerage passenger, then they're Payless Shoe Source.

Odds would be good that they belonged to either a Third Class passenger or a crew member, both of which make up the tremendous majority of casualties.

Not interested unless someone cuts those boots up and manages to make thousands of wallets out of them.
