If boots belonged to first class passenger, then they're John Lobbs.

If boots belonged to steerage passenger, then they're Payless Shoe Source.

If boots belonged to first class passenger, then they're John Lobbs.
If boots belonged to steerage passenger, then they're Payless Shoe Source.

Odds would be good that they belonged to either a Third Class passenger or a crew member, both of which make up the tremendous majority of casualties.

Not interested unless someone cuts those boots up and manages to make thousands of wallets out of them.
