100 percent sure that's a William not a William 2
sorry it is a william, not the william 2.
the william 2 is really nice with a hand sew stich.
now i got a JLP William new standard 0015 last, JLP William Dark Brown Calf 9795 last, JLP Chapel Dark Brown Calf 8000 Last, JLP City II 7000 last... i wonder is there a a lot of duplicate if i also add a JLP Chapel Black... i also have an edward green ashby single monk 888e last in black

How’s the William fit compared to the City II for you?

both fit very similar to me with the same snug level... if u wear a UK6.5 E in City 2, i don't see how you can wear half size bigger or smaller in William. I tried inserting my index finger to the back of the heel and i can insert in just 1/4 of my index finger, however for the chapel and william, i am just not able to buckle to the middle hole and got to use the last hole especially on my right foot which has a higher instep compared to my left foot. is it weird that i buckle both on the last hole or one on the last hole and the other on the middle hole?

Was looking to purchase my first pair of John lobbs can anyone give me advice on sizing of the Lopez loafer I’ve read that it can be a little big but I wanted to clarify if I’m generally a 11 to 11.5 us which size would I take in these the 10uk or the 10.5

Also if anybody can share a picture of the Lopez loafer in a bigger size I would appreciate it because I’m just a little worried it will look very wide in the bigger sizes

I'd try the 10uk first--I found the Lopez to run a little big compared to my standard Lobb sizing so I'd start smaller.

They're a round-er loafer but don't look comically large or anything. My pair is UK9 and look pretty sleek.

Anyone knows how does JohnLobb Pier suede shoes fit? Anyone own a pair? I am a UK8 in their dress shoes except loafer… since this is sneaker style the recommendation is to size up 0.5? Does the John Lobb Pier run small?

I have a pair of John Lobb Porth sneakers--I got the same 10UK I wear in oxfords from them. Make sure that sizing recommendation is perhaps specific to that model? Else you should wear regular lace up size I think.

Ok thanks I shall wait for my Uk 8 available for the pier… just a heads up matchesfashion has some sales on jlp and manage to pickup a pair of white lopez… not sure if it fits but this gonna be my first jlp loafer. I sized down 0.5 from the 7000 & 8000 last… I have never get a good fit for loafer and previously made quite a bit of losses trying to get my loafer fit.. I bought EG Islington uk9/9.5 e and it become too lose in a while… then I tried EG Lulworth uk8.5/9 e and it become loose in a while and the heel slip is massive.. I saw that u wear uk10 for jlp shoes and get uk9 for lopez.. got me some worries I should be getting uk7 instead of uk7.5

I wouldn't worry too much about my speciifc case--everyone's foot is different :)

There are people on this board I bet who wear same size across all lasts/models in JLP and have no issues so it's just a personal thing.
