Hoping to get some input. Originally ordered the Moto in M, my true size. Like others recently, found the arm length to be a bit long. Arms and jacket zipped up weren’t tight at all. I’d say just comfortable.

Ordered a size down, S. I feel like the arm length is a bit better. Arms are slightly tight and when zipped up (don’t think I’ll ever zip it up). Is the consensus the jacket will likely stretch a bit? Hoping the arms have a bit of give. Anyways here’s some fit pics. Wearing interval tee and canals.

Medium hands down. Small too cropped and tight.

I think you’ll be happier with medium in the long run

Medium, and to pile on, I've heard longer leather sleeves tend to shorten a bit with wear from stacking. Also alteration is possible, though complicated/risky, e.g., shortening the zippers. Below are a few links but proceed w/ caution, I'm not a leather guy and one of the articles has a bunch of typos.

Medium for the versatility and layering purposes. Also if worse comes to worse, you can shorten the sleeves at a few places.

Edit: This place is highly recommended though I myself have not used them before. But they make custom leather jackets and do alterations as well. https://www.johnsonleather.com/

S looks too small, M looks too big?
That’s what I’m thinking as well. As much as I love the jacket (leather is insane on it) I think I’m just going to send both back and hunt down a Rider instead.

Any help identifying this wash? I purchased a pair of what I thought would be Daze Canal but I was sent this instead. It was mislabeled. Definitely a cast 2 fit with the double layer feature. Fits a bit looser than other cast 2s.

Those look like original 100% cotton Coast circa 2015

Wash tag says 98 and 2 like the newer Casts.

Label also says John Elliott rather than John Elliott + Co which I’m assuming was used back in 2015. Not sure exactly when that change was made though.

I bought these off Saks thinking I was getting The Daze in canal. These are a nice wash and I like the slightly looser fit, just stumped on what it is.
