Yeah the sneaker game sucks now. This is coming from someone who works for a retailer(don’t ask who lol). But I still get the occasional hyped release here and there. I still can get GRs. My advice is to build a relationship with someone who works in the industry. There are still genuine people out here that don’t care about making a few bucks.
Ok on another note. About to watch Verzuz. Cleveland’s Finest vs 3-6, should be a good one.

I think mids may eventually become a wave. You can see it with some of Virgil's LV sneakers, along with the latest JJJJound Vans collab. For taste makers, its always about being where the other fashion heads are not. While all my J1s are highs, I think its important to keep an open mind.

I bought a boucle beach hoodie from Nordstrom a couple years ago in size 4 and they sent me one that somebody shrunk in the dryer. I mean this thing wouldnt fit my 5'1 115 lb wife it was so small. They will legit take any return apparently even washed and shrunk to a kids medium

There are some really creative Jordan 1 Mids. Wouldn't wear them, but love the designs on a few ie. Melody Ehsanis, Blue the Great, Maison Chateau Rouge. Can't beat the shape of a 1 high though.

I was lucky enough to get the AJ1 Shadows and Rookie of the Years when they were going for like $10-20 above retail - looking at the current prices is just painful. I also have the Spiderverses and Court Purples, the latter being my most worn pair since they go great with blue or black jeans. I should also have the AMMs soon, although the store is taking their sweet time shipping them out...

Funny enough, I initially got into (non-GAT/CP) sneakers because of the JE Vandals
