I do go TTS. I find that my crewneck and my OS cropped hoodies fit about the same.

I have a couple CB crewnecks and hoodies. Keep in mind the waistband isn't relaxed, so it cinches shirts you layer with. It's tight but relaxes A TINY BIT after wear. They're updating the classic fit hoodies next month to be 500 GSM and an updated silhouette in line with their current stuff if you're interested in that.
