There is no way the model is wearing a size "30" Gulch on the site
Absolutely not. Sizing is so inconsistent nowadays that you're better off ordering three sizes to see which ends up actually fitting the size chart.

33 is on the left. There's definitely a bigger difference that my camera isn't picking up. 33 is all around much more of a darker wash. Really reminds me of Sorrento

This made me think I should try the cirrus in a 33 as it looks like a big difference between 32 and 33... but then I saw the fit pics and both look like leggings.

I have a pair of Cirrus in 32 and they fit snug in the thighs at first, but that's really it. A few wears and they're comfy. Waist was definitely 32 size chart and the calves weren't skin tight. Gulch on the other hand is equivalent to my 31 Dillon Indigos with the thighs and calves. I legitimately couldn't sit in either pairs of Gulch without bursting the distressing open on them.

Imo the Sz 32 Gulch look like they will fit good once the stretch out after a few wears.

I don't think I've ever had a pair of denim that was way too tight at first and then later "stretched to perfection." I think you need to like the fit when they arrive and assume they will loosen a bit. Big difference between being a little fitted and way too tight. Otherwise, you just end up owning skinny jeans you don't want. IMO

I’d say I’m a true size 30 and I had to size up 2 in the cirrus. For reference I’m a 30 in carbons and a 31 in juliettes and Dillon indigo. Waist was good but thighs are tight out of the box like @Nightlines said. They stretch well after a few wears though and are very comfy. I’m getting used to just wearing a belt with my cast 2s from now on for the comfort trade off if they’re a bit looser.

Wait a second you sized up to a 32 in the cirrus and normally wear a 30? If this is the case I’ll have a pair for sale next week in a size 30 for $125 if anyone is interested :(

I typically size up 1 on all my indigo washes but for the cirrus I heard they ran tighter and I sized up 2 on my pair. If you’re in need of a 32, I think I saw one on sale for a decent price last week.

I second needing more daze and Kane denim washes. I agree with someone saying it’d be nice to have the Kane 2 Shibori without the dye. Here’s hoping for more ??

I was talking to the seller and went to buy the oaks and they sold while we were chatting. Bought the pearls instead.
