I was the seller actually. I sold a BNWT ALD LS Tee and the buyer claimed there was a huge hole (the size of a dime) at the shoulder seam/neckline and I refused the refund. This was my first time doing a refund on eBay and they ALWAYS side with the buyer. The shirt was worthless at that point I didn't even want it anymore.

They forced the money out of my account, and gave him a full refund and I was left with nothing. I know for damn sure that tee was in perfect BNWT condition when I sent it.
right yea that's nasty. I couldn't be bothered to deal with the hassle of selling on Ebay so have never got around to it, and stories like yours may mean I never do.

At that point I guess if I was in your shoes I'd hope that the courier fked it up somehow and ripped it. Wouldn't be able to handle the anger thinking that someone intentionally reported a made up hole just to get a freebie, although not at all suprising.

He actually left feedback for another seller 6 months before saying the item he received was damaged. I messaged that person and they said the buyer claimed there was a hole in the neck of the shirt they received too. The other seller and I both have 100% feedback. He was just being a ************* lol this was on Christmas too smh

hopefully you can flag him so others can at least read your experience with him? I've luckily have never had such issues on grailed so far, other than the astronomical fees

Yup I reported him but I feel like nothing will happen. It used to be real nice when Grailed was at 6% fees lol

I sold a fear of god half zip sherpa for a decent amount a few years ago and the buyer somehow got bleach on it (?????) and essentially held me hostage saying he would force a claim if I didn't refund $100 usd of the cost. I obviously didn't want to risk it and took the L. Some people just suck ass.

The wait for these Kabuki shorts is brutal. I'm usually excited about purchases, but this one is more notable in recent times. Shipping is going to take longer to my pacific ocean rock too ?
