Honestly, for those saying the Sample Sales made up for what BF normally is, I disagree. Outside of a bunch of pairs of Cast 1, there was very minimal stock of anything good on either of the Sample Sales. And based on a lot of the drops over the past year, there really wasn’t anything that good to begin with. ??‍♂️

Well they were gonna run out of stock of other items we love to purchase at some point. And with how the brand has trended, it makes sense that this BF sale would be a little "weaker" for some buyers.

Last Black Friday I got a pair of Cast 1’s for like $155. Nothing close to those type of prices this year.

Stock was limited for certain things, but there were a lot of good things during both sample sales like the original foggy sweater/cardigan, cast 1 for like 80, cast 2 for the low, rider for 600ish, university tees for like 30, descente collab over half off, thumpers, and a bunch of other stuff I’m forgetting. It was a matter of sifting through everything and buying it up quick.

The only negative if I wanted to be picky was having to pay tax and shipping vs. that not being a thing when buying off the JE site ?

Missing the point. The good stuff was more scarce...and there were no exclusives, as there is on BF. It’s just not comparable or a good reason for the BF event to be weak.

I'm glad I picked up a pair of Nimbus from the Oneness sale last week. I had a feeling they wouldn't be included in the flash sale. I grabbed them for $218 and they sold out of my size a few days ago.
