I'm loving the fit of the new Coast Thumper. I went TTS this time around. It's a lot more comfortable for me to wear compared to the Avalon in the same size. I sold my Avalon in a size up and I'm keeping this one instead.

Anyone have any experience with the ALD uniform sweats? How does fit and quality compare to JE?

I picked up the uniform sweatpants and hoodie a couple months ago when they released them. Sweats are a nice weight, they feel a little heavier than the 17 oz stated. Roomier cut than the LA sweats in the same size and slightly longer. But I still took the same size in each, just a little different cut. Not as stretchy/elastic as the LA sweats. Cuff is significantly less elastic. Overall happy with the quality. On the hoodie, I'd say cut is maybe most similar to the JE raglan but a 1/2 size larger. Minor gripe, but the hoodie and pants in the same shade (washed black, oddly called jet black) don't exactly match.

Mainly the fit. The size medium Avalon worked well with just a tee underneath. I could barely move when I layered with it. The size large allowed me to layer comfortably but it felt big with just a tee underneath. I can do both comfortably in the Coast Thumper now due to the boxier fit.
