Looks like JE is back to solid fits. Very pleased with the ecomm shots for both jackets. Glad they chose to pick a sweater that fits well under the jacket. BRAVO!
PS: that foggy wool looks great as well, some might say it looks “delicious”

The lack of riri zippers is appallingI don't know man, something seems off. Like, why doesn't that sweater hang down all the way past the model's crotch? Seems like it needs about another foot of length IMO.
I have Sour Skittles and sized up 1. The waist is pretty loose but I just wear a belt. I had a TTS pair and they were way too skinny in the legs and thighs.
I was just going to post this. foggy II growing on me and the crop looks perfect. assuming the model is wearing a M, I'd say it's ~25" length. I'm in for a brown shade ?
Before anyone complains that the foggy wool sweater is made in China, let me preface this, most sweaters these days are.
Just received the Boulder Polar Fleece Full Zip in Ivory from the Eclipse sale. Amazingly comfy and well made, the suede details really make it a timeless keeper. HOWEVER, the YKK zippers are crap -- if I were to have paid full retail ($598 US) I would be extremely disappointed. Even at $240 (sale price) a fleece would be expected to have a better quality zipper.
It takes multiple attempts to zip the thing up because the zipper gets caught on itself like cheap zippers do. Not saying JE should go back to Riri, just that there are better quality YKK zippers out there. Very confused why JE would cut corners on a critical and functional zipper given that Escobars have a more or less useless back pocket Riri zip.

LOL - in all seriousness though, getting a bunk zipper sucks. Happened on an ALD fleece jacket that I was pumped about this season and apparently was a widespread issue across the style. Obviously, choosing quality zippers matters here, but it's really a QC failure. These brands do not want to ship you something they know doesn't work well, so it's probably something that happened during bulk production and wasn't caught until the goods landed.
On the topic, anybody ever had a tailor or alterations place do a zipper swap?
Ok is up to you. If you have moral objections to things being made in China, then no, it’s not ok.So that makes it ok?
