Has JE ever explained why they make their polar fleece items reversible? I really like a lot of their fleece patterns (especially some that are coming out), but being reversible kind of defeats the purpose of warmth/coziness for me.

Why spend all that money on a unique pattern to wear it inside? Obviously I want it outside, but when I do that, the inner portion isn't as warm.

It’s to make it more versatile. Not sure how much more explanation you want other than that.
They aren’t a tech brand so I try and base my expectations on that when it comes to some of their stuff.
It leans more form than function but it’s still warm.

@MIKE_JE Now that you guys have your own in house leather operation are you planning any updates or revisions to the rider jacket? I've thought about picking one up but I don't want to be the guy who buys the old style right before some kind of dope new in house version.

My Sochis broke after just 3 wears. I adjusted them once today and I didn’t even make them tight. Really frustrating how cheap the cords and cinches are.

Yup, my rubber grommet that’s used to cinch it broke. The cord cut right through it while I was trying to tighten it.

I remembered seeing you say that so I have been overly gentle with them.

I really miss the old drawstrings they put on the sweatpants, I’m not a fan of th shoelace drawstrings. Wish they’d use the rounded drawstrings with the aglets they utilize on things like the beach hoodie.

reupped on some escobars, they are still goat IMO. I’ve been wearing my Rios quite a bit, but don’t really care for the cut. The pockets in the front are insanely small & the thighs and butt have stretched out (which I actually like, they looked like jeggings before even with a size up) but the calves are still pretty tight. Not a look I really like. The terry also seems thin despite it being the same as other terry utilized. ??‍♂️

I need to get some LA sweats, hopefully they drop a standard black and grey pair. I think these are the best looking sweats JE has put out in some time.

Escobars are still my favorite sweats hands down.
