Agreed. The impact of all these small capsules has dropped off considerably imo especially now that it's taboo to follow the drop model. I would much rather be able to get a feel for the season by seeing a larger group of everything at once.
Is it taboo to use the drop model now? Anyway, I agree with you guys. It’s pretty annoying, also considering that nothing really sells out. If the reason to do drops was to cause mass hysteria (which I think it did once) and not bog down the servers, it’s just not there anymore. Times are different. Things have changed a lot from when they first did drops, I remember waking up at midnight trying to pull trig, now I generally leisurely view from afar. It’s nice when ssense gets a big shipment in, that pretty much where I buy anything these days. But what retailers get can sometimes be sparse or lacking which is disappointing. It’s also hard to sense what’s exclusive or not. ??‍♂️

TL;DR: lose the drops, I’m not sure it’s making people furiously buy like they used to and it’s just become annoying.

I like my Sandro coats a lot, they are pretty good quality for the (sale) price. I’m actually wearing mine today and have gotten numerous compliments, even though my outfit isn’t very formal And I’m regretting the color of the pants I’m wearing. ??‍♂️

In streetwear, absolutely! Definitely not for regular brands though
