We are working on updating the measurements by tomorrow. Apologies for any confusion but they fit relative to what the model is wearing.
Model has 30 inch waist and wears medium so if someone has a 32-34 inch waist would a large be best?

@JohnElliottCo is it just the waist measurements that are wrong in the charts? Thigh, inseam, hen etc are correct?

Joggers will never be dead in NYC. No one wants to wear denim running around the city. I do find myself only reaching for denim when I go back home to LA though

Joggers will never be dead period. And it's fashion... Who cares what anybody else thinks, If it looks good to you and feels good on then wear it. Personally I think the plaster engineered pants are dope. Didn't hesitate to cop.

Has anyone else had trouble with contacting support? I've been trying to get an item exchanged which arrived last Tuesday to JE but no one has been replying to my e-mails.

Their CS is usually on top of their game. Maybe they missed your e-mail. I sent in an item for an exchange (all my crew tees are Medium, but I wanna try a Large out for trial-sake) last week as well, I think they got it on Wednesday or Thursday. That package also had a return in it, I got an e-mail about the return, but nothing in regards to the exchange. First time I'm exchanging, so I'm not sure how long the process is.
