Def need to focus on them more. I don’t really train arms as my biceps and triceps are too big as it is. Forearms def lagging tholooks great man. I’d recommend some super heavy rack pulls to really get those forearms and traps on swole.
I went with a large for both.Did you size up or true to size ?
always been a large for os cropped
I’m a 31 inch waist and went large here. Same as Escobar.
