I'm getting pretty pissed about my shorts in fking Netherlands.

Online support have been dead silent, how hard is it to confirm that someone fked up and it went to the wrong country? And it appears @MIKE_JE only pops up when someone ***** on JE so here I am ******** on their **** support :) come on now. you can do better. I only heard good things about the JE customer support from dudes on here so pretty disappointed.

Granted my Kabuki requests at the time still took a few days only for them to say the shipment was delayed. In your case though it's pretty inexcusable. It seems like a mistake on either JE or their shipping partner - both of which you had no control over.

Feels a little funny responding here granted what you said, but I followed up with CX when I saw your dm this morning. They are waiting for UPS and hopefully have gotten back to you by now. Sorry for the trouble.

Cool thanks for the followup. Not too proud of that previous post, frustration got the better of me. Hopefully it can be a simple case of redirection rather than a refund!

AAU’s ... they’re alright! missed the mark a bit on fit in regards to the flare out and for that reason they’ll be going back. If any Canadians are looking for black XS or S i’ll post in the BST before shipping them back. A good opportunity to save some pennies
