Got heartbroken...ordered Carbons in the same size as my raws, figs, obsidians and skittles and they fit too tight (calves). Ugh..

But it specifically says “waterproof“. I think the Terry is water proof but its like when you pull a cotton tshirt a bit you can see light coming through the fabric.

This is what I expected unless it had a membrane. I‘m hoping it’s not just a dwr coating like nikwax because you can just buy a bottle for like $10. The downside of dwr coatings is that they wear off and they change the hand of the material.

i would maybe let them off the hook if the material itself was waterproof i.e. material itself doesn't absorb any water but from the video it doesn't even look like it's doing that.
