Looks like most things already sold out.
picked up both colors of the sweats to try, and a villain in burgundy (sized up for this one)
Is the discount over? Also any info on additional discounts for Cyber Monday?
Picked up a grey Riga. Like the curved hem and the half zip. New Classics.
thinking about pull the trigger on one just to have for the future.. I'm wearing the hell out of my villain..
Still love my Burgundy villain, I just needed a new grey hoodie and this Riga design is unique. I get hot easily, so having a half zip will keep things airy and comfy.
So far, I have the Coast Jean, Burgundy Villain, Grey U Neck T, and now Grey Riga.
John Elliott + Co one of my favorite new brands, lux basics.
As much as I hate this thread (it's terrible enough that it almost turned me off the brand), I will say that the actual clothing itself is pretty nice. Nice materials, good cuts, well-made. Well worth the premium. And John is pretty helpful, too.
Out of curiosity, what do you hate about the thread?
A small sample from the last two pages. It's nothing but sizing questions and coupon begging.
I have grey villain, black villain, black&grey escobars, nimbus denim, grey mercer & Uneck, black mercer & Uneck.. I want the black l/s shirt and another pair of the denim.. Pretty much always wearing a piece.. If they do cyber Monday deal I'll probably buy some crews, just because the materials are amazing and I love basic shirts.
so it bothers Noctone and VLSI that people who are very interested in a new brand are asking about sizing and purchase discount questions on a thread started by the creator in order to generate awareness for his brand?
It's the downfall of the APC thread. I think everyone would prefer actual discussion or pics.
kind of hard to discuss the clothing, quality, construction, etc. or post fit pics when it's a new brand isn't it? and isn't people asking questions about fit/sizing as well as opportunities to purchase the way for more ppl to own the brand and eventually be able to talk about the clothing and post fit pics?
When threads become dominated by sizing/coupons/best deal talk, most people tend to stop reading the thread.
Unless it's SNS, right?
