RIP. Might have to try out the Uni/Form hoodie to see if it compares. Does sizing down on the Flash 2 give a similar fit to the original?
I think someone might've tried that and the length wasn't there.

mechanic jacket looks cool but anyone over 6'2 wearing it feels like you borrowed your girls jacket.

(nothing wrong with that btw just way short)

Man, vintage camel actually looks pretty nice. Wish I copped.

Vintage camel zip is so good. It really does feel like an old worn hoodie. Perfect oversized fit and color is easy to pair with.

Happy to post fit pics of the UniformLA zipped hoodie and OG dual flash (both size medium) if you guys want. Quality is very similar...

What's the fit like in comparison?
Slimmer, boxier, longer, shorter, oversized etc.

I'm working from home today so a few quick pics...

Really similar to be honest. The JE hoodie has been washed once - cold wash and laid to dry whereas the Uniform is still unwashed.

The JE is a bit slimmer but not by all that much and a more snug hood I think. Both use RiRi zippers. Also...I believe Uniform offers a monthly SF members discount posted in the Uniform thread.

First is JE...

The major difference here is the collar of the hood, the flash has a stand collar, the uniform LA does not

No disrespect to you, but I don’t understand the Chelsea’s and a hoodie look, it always seems off to me. Chelsea’s in my opinion are far too formal for a hoodie as your sole outerwear. I think if you wanted to keep it casual something like a denim jacket would work better.

Iirc does the Sahara denim run small? Trying to decide if sizing up would be okay? Anyone have them and how have they stretched?

I went TTS on Sahara denim. I’ve had a pretty wide range of Cast 2 denim, and Sahara doesn’t fit differently from most. I wouldn’t size up or down on those.

I see what you’re saying, but at the same time, I think people are wearing Chelsea’s all sorts of way, and the “traditional” or “technical” way is not really important anymore.

Thanks dude! I copped the last pair of 34s for $120 shipped. Already own Meguros but those are washed and slightly distressed so it won't be redundant to own both (how I justify spending $ when I shouldn't)

If you don't keep them, let me know :)

nah, no disrespect at all. I appreciate the feedback. was def going for a more casual look since it's friday, but I do like your idea of throwing a denim jacket on. def will be trying that out, thanks!
