    I don't mean to sound rude, but it gets annoying seeing these kind of posts on every page.

    My package has been sitting at the sorting facility since tuesday, so im wondering why its taking so long? or why i have not gotten an email giving me the 2nd tracking number? can someone answer this please, as i see other canadians receiving their 2nd tracking number

    Well at least when I was doing it, I was providing rationale and ways of improving in the future.

    I do agree the above post is hardly constructive.

    While you don't think you're directly affected, the faster JE sorts out international shipping, the more gross profit they will pocket. And more gross profit means more textiles, more designs, more everything =P

    Just so you're also aware, not all the emails we have sent is getting responded to either. Everyone gets affected if International Customers have to send many emails asking for tracking numbers when they can using those hours of labour helping customers who have quality issues like I saw a few pages back with sweats ripping at the seams.

    So look at the big picture next time, instead of thinking Canadian shipping doesn't affect you. It indirectly does.

    I think Pittney Bowes did not send everyone a second tracking number. The reason it hasn't "left the facility" is that the original tracking number you got is ONLY for tracking to KY.

    If they have sent it by Canada Post on the 2nd leg of the journey, you will not get a package for at least 7-10 business days. So I am going to assume they didn't give you a tracking number and it's not just sitting there.

    But email them to get a response, no one is going to give you a tracking number in a Styleforum thread.
