Oh great....shipping woes continue.
The 3rd party is now shipping to my Billing Address and not my Shipping Address.
My Shipping Address is a condo, where my concierge can accept my packages when I'm not home.
My Billing Address is my other home where no one will be home during 9am to 5pm when UPS ships. If UPS makes 3 delivery attempts, they leave my package at the depot where they are only open from 9am to 5pm which makes it impossible for anyone with a job to pick up.
S someone else mentioned, PIttney ships to a US Depot first before sending to your final destination.
So I can't even re-route my package right now until I get a new tracking number that goes to Canada and call UPS to fix it myself.
What a mess.
Right now it's going to Kansas City as a final destination with the tracking number provided.
UPS is my absolute last choice for shipping every time, not only for this reason. The depot near me is actually 40 minutes away and has even more abbreviated hours.
How did you even get a shipping number for your package to Canada? I received an email Friday for my shipping confirmation, but the tracking link takes to a Pitney Bowes page with absolutley no information!
Similiar to another user, I got an email notification from the 3rd party.
The Tracking Number is only good for their US Depot which is to Kansas City.
From there, that package will get re-route to Canada.
So at this time, I cant' even change the delivery address as that isnt' even the final destination. That's assuming I'm going to get a 2nd tracking number, or that I use the same tracking number. The whole thing is a mess really.
I really hope John Elliot takes these complaints seriously.
US Postal Service, Canad Post, Royal Mail UK is really the best option for most people. They are reliable, cost effective.
I literally would have dropped at least $1000 on this sale if I wasn't paying taxes up front.
And to top it off, I'm getting even more shipping headaches as an end result.
I also understand John Elliot wanted to create hype by dropping new items, new sale items every day from Black Friday.
But instead of customer buying items in one Order and one package, some people ended up buying 2-3 orders.
This created unnecessary back log in getting packages out. It also cost people more money getting 2-3 packages out instead of 1.
damn, the struggle is real for Canadian customers ehh?

I only got the one going that was delivered to KY.
No idea where my package is now and I really hope mine doesn't get shipped to the billing address.
Shipping used to be easy and awesome before Pitney Bowes.
I meant I only have the one from KY, not the one to Canada.
So I can't even call UPS and change their final shipping address as the destination is still KY.
So I'm either hoping for a second tracking number, or they fix it.
Well it's 3pm EST and I sent a morning at 9am, still no response about correcting the shipping address.
Wow the Canadian Struggle is real lol I would recommend trying to find a Canadian stockists for JE+ products or move to California
