Non-JE related but @nsubrmnn mentioned the Moncler jacket and I grabbed one. Sizing it was tricky online. Thoughts? I'm usually a medium and went with a 3 (which is kinda M/L). Would only go down a size if needed.

Nice! I’m a 3 in most JE. Size 2 in tees and I picked up a 3 in that same jacket off Need Supply. Fit should be closer to the body and mine fits me perfect.

Does moncler keep you warm af? More than Canada goose? I’m over my Canada and need an update. My yves is a bust in wet weather
It’s all dependent on the length of the jacket. The montgenevre is short and some drafts can go up the bottom if you don’t tighten it. And obviously your legs might be cold. Your Canada goose chateau is knee length so you’ll be warmer, if you get a longer moncler you’ll be toasty AF. My mom rocks a long one (which is less bulky than her CG) and she says it’s warmer, but I think the fill is higher on her moncler than her CG (800 vs 650 I think)

Norwegian Rain moscow in a burgundy herringbone. Overkill for me (I went with the single breasted model in a gray herringbone with removeable liner), but you get the idea. Details are seriously well thought out and the combination of material with tailoring is >>>> Loron Piano storm systems etc. I wear mine with jeans/boots/sneakers and it still works just fine.

Around $1165 for that one pictured (a slight discount if you pre-order a season ahead of time). My single breasted was a bit under that I think? Entire liner comes out on mine and it's belted. Also has the detachable hood/storm flap/etc.

Fabric is waterproof and windproof (and recycled). Breathable, sealed seams. Detachable wool shearling collar, horn buttons, wool filled padded lining. Hood and storm flap are detatchable too.

Attention to detail is pretty insane and it's functional. It's the little things like having soft felted areas inside the collar where you might close it across your chin if it's really cold.

then use a diff email
Haha I've tried. Appears to be fool proof. It says "only valid for first time app purchase" meaning it'll only work of the first purchase using the app, no matter what account you use. I guess only was would be to use someone else's phone and download the app using a new account? haha
