Traditionally, knits should simply not be hung. They should be folded and put on a shelf or in a dresser drawer. Hanging will naturally stretch them out. Woven clothing, on the other hand, should be hung when possible.

Did anyone size up 1 on the Nimbus? Thinking about exchanging my 31s for 32s since the calves are so small.

That or just give up on Nimbus and get obsidian instead.

I stayed TTS with my nimbus. They were a bit tight at first but they’re perfect now. I suggest you stick with it.

Washed my obsidians last night... inside out, delicate/hand wash cycle, cold water with a little wool lite dark, and hang dryed. It seems to have set the colour and they are still black as black!

Stoked as I want them to stay black and not fade like most traditional raw denim. As i already have carbons and onyx in the washed black denim department

Been in Vietnam all week. Didn’t bring too much JE with me, but the S7 fishtail raincoat was a great light layer for the rain. Cool to see some of the spots that inspired the look and feel of RtV in Hanoi. 84D48DA0-8CB4-46A9-AC9E-3A513E9CE13C.jpeg

hanging sweaters is fine as long it is velvet covered which stabilizes the sweater hangs.

tried on the wool stadium jacket, i gotta say ...WOW, it is a statement piece but quite thin. really, really beautiful in person.

SLP is like 3x more the price and is far thicker...

Finally got home and tried on the wool stadium. It’s an extremely nice jacket and it’s def a lighter weight jacket but I’m good with the weight and size (tts). The virgin wool is incredibly soft so def need to look into taking care of wool properly so this peice will last and stay looking great.

The calves are significantly tighter, in my opinion, on both the Nimbus and the Obsidian from trying the newer denim on in a few styles now. I've juggled on and off about the Obsidians, the Presidios, etc., and today I finally decided I'm gonna send back the Presidios I copped (size 29, unless someone wants 'em here) and offload both the 28 and 29 I have in the Obsidians. Believe it or not, I'm going with the Pompeii. In my opinion, JE's raw execution is great in terms of the price, but the feel of the Obsidians just isn't worth it to me. The thinner, more soft hand denim that JE produces fit and function much better than the thicker, stiffer, more substantial denim, in my opinion.

I personally find myself consistently reaching for the Grey Skittles and my Mr. P. Carbons because they have the most stretch and are so damn comfortable. I also wear the older Cast 2 Mica a lot, which is selvedge denim, but is comfortable. I could see my next cop being either the Dillon Black or Dillon Indigo.

The denim seemingly, in my opinion, is just getting cut tighter/shorter with each passing season. Just my thoughts.

is the collar for the wool stadium less itchy than the collar on the slp teddy? I prefer the slp way more but just couldn't stand the itchiness and had to sell it.

@ZanderRosen I sent them back because they weren't my style, but the black dillons were extremely soft out of the packaging. You wouldn't be dissappointed with those

Very true. They’re on par with the Carbons in terms of stretch and comfort.
