Looks like you bought the wrong size. Way too baggy imo. And you said this is the first time youn throw it on so it only gets worse after stretch.

yeah man they fit small. I wear a 28 in JE denim and needed to get a medium (which apparently is a 32) according to their size chart

Word of advice for the upcoming sale season, if you know you def want something and def know your size buy it, if you're iffy definitely read the returns policy before buying.
