It is becoming extremely popular, but john elliott didn't create that style.
For sure but I feel he has done the best in popularizing it.
I mean, JE+C Mercer tees, Zanerobe in Oz has been doing that style tee for a good 4 years... But JE+C definitely is better quality (of course, price reflects that but only by a small premium considering).
I have a NWOT pair of nimbus wash jeans in a 31 that I'm about to list if anyone is interested.
I'm definitely loving my new Villain hoodie.
Even though everyone is dick riding zippered hoodies JE stands out because it isn't done for aesthetic solely. The zips allow for the hidden pocket placing the focus on functionality. The rest of these herbs are just riding the aesthetic wave.
I'd be interested to see what he could come up with in terms of using raw denim + zippers. It could be complete trash or really interesting. I lean towards the form but who knows?
Really feel strongly about them using polyester in grey tees, they feel like coarse ass cheeks compared to the other 50/50 blends. Plus the shirt is hotter because of the poly.
Glad I'm not the only one to get hi chews...threw me off
@JohnElliottCo what is the pricing for the jacket just posted on ig?
How much do the escobar sweats stretch out? Mine are tighter around the waist/thighs than i thought they would be
really? I think they're super soft...btw if anyone is interested I have a black villain size L coming in that I'd like to trade for a large grey if anyone's interested
They stretch a good bit, since they are terry construction. It comes down to personally preference, but we like to wear them tight, as is the intended fit and how we style them on our models. The waist and cuffs aren't going to stretch beyond the give that the rib allows.
Haha. It was a pretty kind, warm gesture from Rule of Next. I love Hi-Chew candy, so I thought it was great that they included it as a gift.
