JM Weston sizing experience?

Wonder if others may have experienced some "strange" sizing with JM Weston shoes. I tried on several pairs at Saks in SF this past weekend, and determined that a 10.5D would be the best fit. The store did not have the size in the model I was looking for and located a pair in another store -- or so I thought. The sales person sent me a pair of 10D shoes, and curiously, they seem to fit wonderfully? Has anyone else experienced sizing quirks with Weston shoes? I'd be interested in hearing your experiences.

Thanks in advance!
