Ok so Ive wanted a cross for a while and have been looking seriously now. Found a few crosses however I have only been looking at white gold since I work in a pool. However I never got an answer as to how fast will the sterling silver tarnish while in the pool. Is it really that quick or am I over exaggerating?

Next question. There is a specific cross I have been looking for off the david yurman website. However I dont want it from david yurman since it costs 750 there and anywhere else I go it would cost 300$ in sterling silver 500 in white gold. However the problem is finding a place that would customize it for me. Anyone know places that customize jewlery crosses. I found one place but *********** it all up and still trying to get it from them.

Ive wanted that specific cross for about 4 months and have been looking for it since then. So, the four main questisons

1) How fast will sterling silver tarnish in chlorine water ina pool
2) How fast will white gold tarnish in chlorine water in a pool
3) Where can I go to customize my cross?

and ultimately:
4) Would I be able to wear sterling silver? Or only white gold for me. And no, taking it off is not an option when I am working.
