Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski has sworn off drinking after being arrested for pissing on people off of a balcony at a concert.



Here he is when he was announcing a run for mayor.

Being from Jersey I can say there are a handful of occasions where it is OK and acceptable to piss on people.

1. Bon Jovi concert

And

2. Bruce Springstein Concert

There are others but remember at the moment.

You know, if he wasn't a councilman this would not be newsworthy.

Easy solution. Don't be a councilman and people wouldn't mind being pissed on so much.
