Hello,
newbie here
smile.gif
.
I have a question: how to wear jeans in shoes. What shoes are good for this and what jeans are the best for this?

I bouhgt this great Levi's "sneakers" (on pic) and want to buy some jeans which I could wear into these shoes... ( I don't know if it doesn't mind or if only skinny jeans are suitable or what...)

Thanks for tips and some example photos

Beyond it looking silly to me, it sounds uncomfortable, I'd suggest sweatpants if you really must try it

Very skinny dark jeans work best, pop the tongue so that it covers the jean and it should look ok, not sure about those sneakers though. Just try it!

It works better with skinny, tappered jeans. You need some sort of high-top (not mid) for optimal effect. I do it with Lanvin sneakers so maybe check out those to get an idea of how it looks.

lol The Only shoes that can be worn like that are Nike Air Force 1's high top. It's extremely hard to pull off but occasionaly i see it work.

While I can't pull it off (I'm too big), I like the following "look":

are you limiting yourself to sneakers only? or would boots work as well?

personally ive found the sneaker tuck to be significantly harder to pull off that the boot tuck.

Anyone who tucks jeans into sneakers (and as a general rule boots too, although it CAN be done) looks like a total tool imo

It would have taken me half a day to come up with this example just to show you why not to rock this look. Not a single redeeming quality in the entire outfit. Honestly, that look is so unappealing to me that I don't know if my advice would apply to your personal style at all. Just too far apart, I think...
