I lost some weight and would like to refresh my wardrobe, starting with jeans. I'd like to get a "proven and true" pair of Diesels that is more traditional, plus another pair of possibly higher end jeans that is perhaps more adventurous.

Looking for advice on some contemporary trends in jean dye color / pattern that I should look into.

Many thanks!!

Diesel is not a well liked brand here as it is usually associated with Euro trash style.

IMO just get a pair of dark blue jeans of decent quality that fits your physique nicely and call it a day. If you don't want to break the bank, APC and Naked and Famous can be had for less than $200 at retail.

If you want to go for a higher quality tier, look into brands like Samurai, PBJ, etc.
