Jeans colour rubbing into the shoes

Thanks for all your comments. I think I'll tape the inside cuff of my jeans whenever I wear a pair of shoes that I really like from now on. I might end up looking down every 15min to make sure the tape haven't come loose. I would probably rather have colours to bleed into my shoes than have a piece of tape flapping from my jeans

I've only seen this with raw/selevedge. I have numerous dark jeans that never rub off on my shoes (Varvatos, levi, etc).
