I find them to be of decent quality for the sale price. I actually just replaced mine after about 18 months of hard wear. If you search for NATO watch bands, you'll get a lot of other online options. I don't think JCrew offers them in varying widths- I would use these for 38 or 40mm timepieces.

They are pretty cheap. You can get the same ones on Ebay for far less.

    Leffot has the Cordovan Ones.

Some of the JPress selection look nice, but a fairly expensive for what they are. What are they made of?

I guess nylon. I have one(below-black/orange) on a Hamilton face for the summer/spring. I don't wear it every day so I feel that the quality is good. To me, it's a summer band vs a year-round:

    Is it soft or rigid?

I have found bands before that are very rigid and I'm not a fan. The price might be worth it if it fits what I'm looking for.

I feel the price is affordable, quality is obviously equivalent to the price point. I'm not one to wear watches too often, but I would like to pick up a few to throw around my vintage Timex watches. Nice choice with the chambray, though.
