Hi everyone,

Does anyone happen to know of any versions of the old song Hello Love? We are most familiar with Blossom Dearie's version on her album My Gentleman Friend.

We would like to use the song for our first dance at our wedding but would like to hear other versions of it (Ella, Frank, whoever).

Or maybe someone knows of a better way to search for it than through Amazon.com's advanced music search or on iTunes.

thanks,
bob

You could try www.gemm.com. I think there is an Ella version. But, Blossom Dearie is fun. That seems like a great choice. Whatever you go with, Congratulations! Have fun.

i think, didn't garrison keillor used to sing that song at the beginning of 'prairie home companion'?

that's all i've got.

***edit: after a little research, and you probably already know this - 'hello love' was originally recorded by Hank Snow.
